Samples
Sample's are available at a cost of €5 each which is refundable against your order. I only keep one of each design in stock, so if you require a sample, I have to make it up especially for you. Allow 10 day for delivery of samples.
Ordering Stationery
Quotations are valid for 6 weeks from the date of issue. Once an Order has been placed and deposit paid the quoted price will not change for that specific order. Work will not begin on any order until a deposit of 50% of the order has been received. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due on collection or before the order is dispatched. Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank draft or cheque. Postage charges apply according to weight. Proofs will be supplied on receipt of deposit. Orders requires 4-6 weeks for completing the order from receipt of signed proofs. Please ensure sufficient quantities are ordered as price may increase if additional cards are required. When placing an order it is agreed that you have read the terms & conditions shown here and that you agree with them.
Proofs
It is solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all proofs are thoroughly checked & read before signing approval to proceed to production. It is your responsibility to ensure that all text i.e. spellings, dates and times are correct before approving proofs to Handcrafted Invitations for production. Your emailed or written approval indicates confirmation to proceed to production. If you realise that you have made an error after returning the proof for printing please contact me immediately and we will try our best to make the necessary changes. Any changes supplied after proofs have been signed and returned will be at the cost of the client if printing has begun.
Variations
As our stationery is handmade, small variations will occur. Product pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Minor changes may be made to our designs to allow us to use best quality supplies available. All designs are subject to material availability.
I will not supply any of your details to any third party in the future, (except for the purposes of debt recovery), unless required by law. |
